Hello all,

Now, that I’ve properly settled in, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in assisting me with my scientific studies? My interests have always lain in fringe science and, with the prevalence of the X-Gene, I’m able to take my work out of the theoretical in a way that I never have before.

If there are any students here willing, I’d like to study your mutations. Take blood and skin samples, study brain wave patterns, test your various abilities under various conditions... That sort of thing.

You’re welcome.

Oh, I’m sorry, I should probably give more context to that: I’m Dorian Pavus, and I’m new to the school. You’re welcome. As you clever people have probably already deduced, I’m a mutant. More specifically, I’m a necromancer, which means my mutation involves stealing life from the less fortunate. My parents would be so proud.

What else is there to say? I’m 16, gorgeous, and my codename is Mage as The Great Gay Ghost was too much of a mouthful. Should any of my lovely neighbors like to help me unpack, I’m in 109 West. Perhaps I’ll pop open a bottle of something expensive to celebrate.
