I've been informed that proper protocol around here requires that I introduce myself online, so here's my attempt.

Hi everyone. My name's Doug Ramsey, and I'm from Lake Forest, Illinois (think Chicago, and you're only off by about twenty minutes' drive). Just arrived this morning, thanks to an intervention by Professor Xavier, Lydia, Illyana, and Kitty, the last of whom likely won't stop gloating about it for at least the next two years.

(Yes, I know Kitty. Who's insisted I do this, so she has to put up with a little harassment.)

Beyond that, I'm 16, a junior, and I'm good with languages and computers. Oh, and my codename (and some day, I hope to be able to type that without facepalming) is Cypher.
