Hey to everyone, if anyone reads this thing. Thought I'd try it out cause I'm hoping to meet some new people while I'm kicking around before Christmas. I know some of you must've known Paige, or maybe even Sam. Just don't judge me by those two's shenanigans! ;)

For real, though, I mostly want to see if there's any musicians out there. I'm fixing to ask a teacher if maybe I could put a band together and get some private practice time in the music room. It'd be real cool to meet up, if anyone's a drummer or a bassist or anything at all. Hit me up on my cell.

I'm really influenced by old Appalachian mountain music, you know, like folk stuff has gotten pretty popular nowadays. But I figure there's a way we can mix it with some nice crunchy rock, or I'd be letting Zeppelin down.

I am so late to this party, how did I miss your intro post, WTF. Hi, I'm Cal, your resident mimic - that includes mutation (what's yours?) but also all skills. I've been mimicking guitar off of Irvine for a while and I can't believe we still don't have a drummer in this school.

Anyway: I totally want to be in on this!

Think I could persuade you to try out bass? It's an easy transition. If you need to mimic, I mean, I can play. I also know enough about the drums to teach someone the basics, if you know anyone who might want to. I guess I take this band shit pretty seriously--I try to be able to do a little of everything, you know?

As for mutation, mine's pretty obvious when you see me. I'm lugging around a big pair of wings. No joke. I look like a painting by Raphael or something :) Plus I heal from things, like, instantly.
