Hey to everyone, if anyone reads this thing. Thought I'd try it out cause I'm hoping to meet some new people while I'm kicking around before Christmas. I know some of you must've known Paige, or maybe even Sam. Just don't judge me by those two's shenanigans! ;)

For real, though, I mostly want to see if there's any musicians out there. I'm fixing to ask a teacher if maybe I could put a band together and get some private practice time in the music room. It'd be real cool to meet up, if anyone's a drummer or a bassist or anything at all. Hit me up on my cell.

Just so happens I play the guitar and a little bit of bass. Somehow I never thought of asking around if anybody else did. What kind of music you like to play?

I'm really influenced by old Appalachian mountain music, you know, like folk stuff has gotten pretty popular nowadays. But I figure there's a way we can mix it with some nice crunchy rock, or I'd be letting Zeppelin down.

I am so late to this party, how did I miss your intro post, WTF. Hi, I'm Cal, your resident mimic - that includes mutation (what's yours?) but also all skills. I've been mimicking guitar off of Irvine for a while and I can't believe we still don't have a drummer in this school.

Anyway: I totally want to be in on this!

Think I could persuade you to try out bass? It's an easy transition. If you need to mimic, I mean, I can play. I also know enough about the drums to teach someone the basics, if you know anyone who might want to. I guess I take this band shit pretty seriously--I try to be able to do a little of everything, you know?

As for mutation, mine's pretty obvious when you see me. I'm lugging around a big pair of wings. No joke. I look like a painting by Raphael or something :) Plus I heal from things, like, instantly.

Whats your mutant deal? I've got Tactile Telekinesis (TM Conner Kent). It's like an awesome forcefield that lets me fly and be a brick.

Oh, yeah. I didn't think about that, on account of it's so obvious once you see me. I've got annoyingly huge wings. Lugging them around all the time is a pretty good tradeoff for flight, though. You and me should go flying sometime.

ALright mate, Curtis Donovan. I used to run with your sister so she might have mentioned (shapeshifter, sometimes use Mel/Melissa, that's what Paige tended to call me)

Anyway I'm a graduate, a budding DJ and one of the supervisors/dep. managers at the big record shop in town Empire Records. We do open mike nights and stuff too so let me know if you're ever interested.
