Small package for Philip

A small package with a hand-written note appears in Philip's mail today, even though it wasn't sent that way. The fact that the ribbon around the butcher-paper wrapping is purple and shimmery is probably a dead giveaway who it's from.

The small box contains a vintage military tie clip with a little note listing its probably year and location of origin. Along with the box is this handwritten note:
