Hello everyone,

I have some news. I do not mean to alarm anyone, it is entirely possible that it is nothing and I am overreacting, but all the same I would not feel right keeping this a secret. Last night my mother called me from Germany to tell me that some foreigners showed up at our circus and were asking questions about me. She said they were very persistent, asked odd questions, and were not like any talent recruits she’d met before. With everything that has happened lately, it sounds like it may be the Facility.

I wanted to tell you all because there are those of you who, like me, may have used their powers in public at some point. I performed in the circus troupe under the guise of a performer in costume. I rarely, but did sometimes teleport in my acts. Looking back, I now realize it would not be difficult for any stories of my performances to sound suspicious to someone actively looking for mutants.

The troupe told them that the man who dressed as a demon had left the troupe some time ago and that no one knew where he had gone. They will continue to lie about my whereabouts and until they are sure they are not being watched, my family is limiting their contact with me to letters only. I promise you that they will not be able to track me here.

I am sorry about this.
