Ok, so hi everyone. I'm Victor, I haven't met anyone of you yet because I thought I should warn you first that I look kind of different now. Don't be scared ok? Not many people have seen the way I look now and it's kinda, well, not very human looking anymore...

I'm 13 and love theater, acting, reading, sports and I'm so glad I'm not the only one anymore! Look forward to meeting you all!

You don't look human either? That's, well it's not good but that's a relief, you know? Thought I might be the only one.

Well, I do and I don't. From the nose up I could be any other bloke, but from my nose to my navel I look like a a mummy. Had to wrap myself up after my powers came.

Oh, I see or I think I do. I don't look like me anymore at all.

You'll see soon enough. I tend to stick out a bit, even before my powers came.

Don't sweat it. That's what this "School for the Gifted" is supposed to be about, right? Helping out people like us.

I guess 'gifted' is a nice way to describe it. Wonder if I could return this gift to sender? Haha

What kind of sports do you play?

I love basketball, football, soccer. I love all sports really, how about you?

I like most of them, but basketball's my favourite. I've been doing some practicing since I got here, but there hasn't been anyone real interested in playing just yet.

You like one-on-one?

I do, I'm really out of practice though.

Only one way to get back into practice, right?

Right! Still can't believe I live in a place with its own court!

Dude, not that I'm the most reassuring person in the world, but I'm pretty sure we've all scared the shit out of someone by this point, or they never would've dragged us here. It ain't heaven, but it at least has that going for it.

What kind of sports do you like? And yeah, it's nice to know there are other people. I was actually surprised there were this many students here.

I love all sports really, watching and taking part. Loved the Olympics so I has a new favourite everyday then!
