So, it looks like we've been assigned as a group and I realize that I haven't actually met a number of you yet, at least not in more than a - pass in the hallway situation. To start things off, I'm Philip and have been here since November.

Their ideas of 'training' seem a bit vague, but if people are interested, I can come up with some ideas.

I leave diplomacy to you, but I feel it best to warn you that if Anders attempts anything untoward again I'm going to leave him unconscious in the corner of our practice room.

I wouldn't expect you to do anything else. I wouldn't ask anyone to put up with that. I do have a few ideas on what to do with him. He does have an enormously useful ability, if he finds the discipline for it.

I would also like to talk to you about the potential to block telepaths, if you are inclined.
