Two of our girls go missing, we're all on lockdown, and you mean to tell me the journals haven't exploded about it yet?! I'm always the last person to get up to speed on this shite, and even I caught wind of the announcement. I thought you teen social media junkie types would be all over this like paparazzi on a gram of uncut Lindsey Lohan.

I know I've not got a particularly useful power for this, but hasn't someone around here grown a 'find your lost keys' and such ability already that could be applied? I really don't even understand how you could take the Mind Reader and the Stabby One anywhere they didn't want to go between them, but I don't like the thought of it at all.

No offence to the crazy old men who keep us all fed, but in case you've not noticed, they haven't much solved our internal problems for us, and now that their students are going missing, I can't say as I'm entirely reassured by 'we'll get right on that'.

Hello,

With guidance from Simon, I am putting together a team of people who can get through large amounts of information, primarily via computer (and, more specifically, the internet) to help search for River and Laura. I'm emailing you all because you are able to get through and analyze large data sets competently and quickly. If you are working on something else, don't spread yourself too thin; doing one job perfectly is better than being mediocre at two.

Simon has gone through a number of photographs available from the concert as well as some Facebook photographs of the attendees. As far as I can tell, there weren't any security cameras. But I'm not an expert. This might be more efficient with a facial-recognition system, but I don't know how to make one. If one of you can, that would be very useful, however anything that comes up as even a 25% match should go through one of us.

You are under no obligation to help, but it would be appreciated if you did. Please respond ASAP if you wish to be included, and I will send you what Simon has found so far as a starting point. I will created an open spreadsheet on the school's system so that everyone can keep the others apprised of their progress so that we aren't needlessly duplicating efforts.

Two students have disappeared and the school is in a tizzy. From what I gather, everyone is doing their best to discover what exactly has happened to them and where they may be found. It seems likely they would have been taken for being mutants rather than some ordinary occurrance as I do not see the astute River being taken so easily by mere mortals. Nevertheless I do not know about the other one and circumstances could have been dire.

Maybe there will be a gallant rescue in the near future!

Needless to say, this is the most excitement we have seen since my arrival at Xavier's school. I simply must see if I can help.
