Subject: LXQ and JVX Body Armor

Hi guys!

Some of you may know, but for the past six months or so, I've been working on body armor for the teams! Some of the JVX crew may have seen (or worn) my prototypes on one of our recent rescues. The product is about as finished as it is going to get, without me continuously updating and improving it (which I'll probably do anyway), soooo this is a heads up to say, hey, you're getting body armor.

This means that Magik and I want to get your ideas for what you would like your armor to look like. It's all gonna be made of the same material, and will generally be the same style. They'll have to be mostly black, with an X somewhere on the armor - that's Scott's call, because as much as it's body armor, it's also kind of a uniform too. However, there's a lot of room for creative license, so email me back and let me know what you'd like yours to look like, and maybe we can set up a time to take measurements and work out the details!

Hello everyone!

So, this email is to inform you that you have been selected to beta test a new online community for mutants that X-statiX will be hosting. Panax asked Cypher and I to build something secure (and aesthetic and fun) for not only all mutants (the public side), but also for students and alumni of Xavier's (the private side).

You have all had usernames and passwords created for you, and shortly, I'll be sending out private emails to each one of you with that information along with the links you'll need. Go ahead and feel free to begin testing posts, exploring the profile options, and fiddling with anything you think needs more work. Anyone that wants to try and break the encryption and security, go for it. We need this community to be as secure as possible.

I know, I know...it is super bandwagony to tack the 'X' on to the team name, but with all of the "X-gene" hype going on right now, it's probably the fastest way to identify us as and for mutants.

Hello,

Now that most people have their upcoming schedules figured out, I think it would be beneficial for us to begin training. I've booked the Danger Room from 06:00 to 08:00 each morning. That is not to say that we will be using every single day, but to let you all know that it is available for your use at that time. If it works with everyone's schedules, I would like to begin on August 4.

In addition to beginning with training scenarios, we can also talk about how this team can and should move forward. For example, how often we should and feasibly can train. This is not the army, and not a dictatorship. I think that this team has the potential to do a great deal of good, so long as we take it seriously and give it the attention it deserves.

This presents an opportunity to acquire intelligence on the organization's extent, objectives, and research data, the first truly promising lead we have had in months. Infiltrating the site will require careful planning and skilled execution, however, and I write to you all now to request assistance in the former regard.

I ask that you respond with all possible haste. There is no way to predict when the cell presently under surveillance will relocate, or what new front they might adopt to conceal their operations. I am already working on obtaining a floor plan for the building, and assembling whatever other observational data might prove pertinent.

I do not think this is an opportunity we can afford to overlook.

Hello everyone. As most of you know, I arrived yesterday morning with the rescue team, and have since decided to remain here. I don't expect an exuberant welcome based on my history, but I did want to take the opportunity to explain myself.

First of all, I want to be absolutely clear: I had nothing to do with the kidnapping of your friends.

But I did work for the organization responsible. They found me a year ago, and offered me food, shelter, and training in exchange for the use of my abilities for recruitment and 'medical experimentation.' I swear I didn't know what their research actually was until it was too late, and I was no longer a willing participant. I'll spare the details here, but you should know that I was killed in an escape attempt a few days ago.

Lucky for me, it didn't seem to stick. I was able to assist your rescue team, and have been offered safe haven here. I'm cooperating fully with efforts to protect the school and track the organization.

If you have questions for me, I'll answer them.
